All cabins have furnished kitchens, bedding, towels and firewood. Our modern bath house will make your stay very comfortable. Rates quoted below are for two adults, extra person charges apply. See our pricing details below.
Kitchens are fully furnished with all of the cooking utensils and dishes. We provide filters for the coffee makers, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Property Amenities
Historic cabins with furnished kitchens, most of which have been recently restored, are available for daily rental. Most cabins feature wood stoves, running water, and electricity. A modern lodge features bathroom facilities and a spacious lounge area. A newly constructed commercial kitchen building offers kitchen, serving, and dining facilities. Kitchen can be rented by groups with advance reservations only. Groups may also rent the entire town. The restored General Store welcomes you at Columbine's entry.
Hike or ski from the door of your cabin! Columbine maintains a packed one-mile snowshoe and cross-country loop on Columbine property for the use of our guests. Or venture into the adjacent Routt National Forest for a true back country adventure. After a day on the trail, our wood fired sauna will warm you to the core. We are pet-friendly - dogs are allowed in cabins and on the grounds.
Lodge
Men's and women's bathrooms, each with four toilets, sinks, and showers are clean and modern, featuring hand painted tiles.
Pay laundry facilities available by appointment. Upstairs rec room has pool table, couches, chairs, recliners, coffee tables, books and board games.
Kitchen
Kitchen building (advance group reservations only) includes six-burner propane stove with 2 ovens, broiler, and griddle. Outdoor grill with rotisserie. A large fridge and freezer. A commercial dishwasher and pot washing sink. An ice machine, microwave, and locking pantry. The kitchen is furnished with pots and pans, and utensils.
Dining facilities
Our dining facilities (advance group reservations only) have place settings for 100 people. Chafing sets for buffet serving are available. You may pass through from the kitchen to serving counter. Indoor seating for ten to fifteen people. Outdoor seating area is adjacent to building with room to seat 72 people. We recommend renting a dining tent in case of rain for your outdoor dining event.
General Store
Build in the late 1800's to serve gold miners, now recently restored. Contains a historic Post Office founded in 1905. Currently houses cabin rental office, modest mercantile, and mini-museum.
Cross-country and Snowshoe Loop
This one-mile loop wholly situated on Columbine property is ranked at an easy to moderate difficulty level. Well-marked and packed by snowcat during mid-winter. There is no motorized use on this trail.
Sauna
This wood-fired steam sauna is a private first come, first served facility available only to Columbine Cabin's guests. It is fully stocked with firewood, kindling, newspapers and matches.
